Introduction of CWY-01 Concora Medium Fluter
CWY-01 Concora Medium Fluter is used as a sampling machine for corrugated board as standard to A flute and other optional flutes.
The sample is then taken to be tested to determine the compressibility strength
using the C.C.T. (Corrugated Crush Test) & the C.M.T. (Corrugating Medium Test)
CWY-01 Concora Medium Fluter can produce 0.5 inch (12.7 mm) wide samples. The two corrugating discs inside have a good heat distribution, which is essential for forming the correct groove.
Test Principle
After turning on and temperature setting, wait for the disc temp to reach set value.
Then put the sample from top, and the corrugated sample will come out from below.
The sample is matched with the corresponding CMT rack and comb or CCT sample holder. Then sample is analyzed by a high-precision compressive strength tester.
