Introduction of Vacuum Leak Tester
Ensuring the integrity of package seals is of vital importance in guaranteeing the effectiveness of packaging for product protection. Conducting seal integrity tests is indispensable for evaluating sustainable packaging options, cost-effective alternatives, and fine-adjusting production line sealing parameters. The reliability of package seals is not just a requirement but more a commitment to upholding the highest standards of product quality and safety.
Test Description:
1. Precision in Vacuum Leak Testing
The vacuum leak tester commences by placing the sample within a water-filled chamber and then follows the stage for an exacting vacuum leak testing process. The chamber lid securely fastens, and the control unit extracts air from the chamber until the specified vacuum level holding time is reached. Due to the pressure differentials, the leaks are exposed, in the form of a stream of bubbles at the precise leak sites.
2. Visual Confirmation Elevated
Encased in a water-filled chamber, the sample undergoes a calculated air extraction until the predetermined vacuum level is attained. A leak triggers the expulsion of confined air, visually corroborated by the emergence of bubbles pinpointing the exact leak location. This process offers not just a confirmation but a visual affirmation of package integrity.
3. When There is no Bubble
The sample expansion and recovery can also be a way of sealing integrity judgment. By evacuating the vacuum chamber to create a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the sample, observe the expansion of the sample and the shape recovery of the sample after the vacuum is released, to determine the sealing performance of the sample.
Technical Features:
1. Control and Stability
Vacuum leak tester LT-03 uses a PLC-controlled unit to ensure industrial-level stability. The user interface, an HMI touch screen, brings operational ease.
2. Precision Vacuum with Venturi Tube
By using a Venturi tube, the vacuum leak tester LT-03 achieves a stable vacuum, up to -90KPa. The system uses more common and easier-found compressed air, instead of the vacuum pump.
3. Visual Analytics for Results
Our testing method is not just a procedure; it's an experience. Relying on visual observation, it offers more than a Pass/Fail outcome. Instead, it presents cumulative result numbers for easy and direct records.
4. Intelligence in Efficiency
The LT-03 incorporates a parameter-saving function for 5 groups. This intelligent feature optimizes efficiency, accommodating users with diverse samples and varying test conditions such as vacuum level and test time.
Additional Features:
5. It has a standard-size chamber built with transparent clarity, and it is customizable for diverse sizes and shapes.
6. The option to include a micro printer for seamless sample identification.
7. Adaptability for display in local languages for global users(Default language is English).
8. The flexibility to modify for operation with a vacuum pump, empowering users to reach higher vacuum levels when needed.
